Returns

Defective Merchandise

Customers have 30 days since the moment of receiving the products to request an RMA and return products for a refund/store credit/replacement. If you believe hardware you received is defective, please contact us. If we determine that the product is in fact defective, we will issue an RMA number for you and provide with shipping return label. Once items received, we will inspect them and reproduce the problem. Note that if we are not able to reproduce the problem(s) or it will be clear that the problem(s) was caused by the customer themselves, the customer is responsible for shipping costs, the items will not be shipped back until costs have been fully covered. Whether or not an item is considered defective is determined at the sole discretion of 3DR, Inc.

Any other reasons

If you decided you no longer needed the item, after it has been shipped, you can return it for a full refund if the package is remained unopened. We will charge a 15% restocking fee for any returned packages. Restocking Fee does not apply to a defective products return.

Prior Authorization for Product Returns and General Policies

To return a product to 3DR, Inc, you must get prior authorization and a Return Merchandise Authorization Number ("RMA") from our Team. This number can be obtained by contacting us via phone or email. The RMA number must be displayed prominently on the outside of the box. An item returned to us without an RMA number cannot be accepted and will be returned.

Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item for a store credit, or exchanging a functional product, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Quick Packing Instructions Guide

  1. Use Pink Antistatic Bags (ESD Protection)

    • Place each unit in an individual pink antistatic bag to prevent electrostatic discharge.
    • Ensure the bag is fully sealed before placing it into the package.
  2. Protect Pins with Antistatic Foam

    • Insert exposed pins into ESD-safe antistatic foam to prevent bending and damage.
    • Ensure the foam fully covers all pin headers and connectors before packaging.
  3. Avoid Overloading the Package

    • Do not stack more units than the package can properly fit.
    • Arrange items in a single layer or use dividers to prevent components from overlapping.
    • If stacking is necessary, place foam sheets between layers to avoid pressure damage.
  4. Secure Items in the Outer Box

    • Use bubble wrap or additional antistatic foam to prevent movement inside the shipping box.
    • Close and seal the box properly with ESD-safe tape or standard packing tape.
    • Label the package with “ESD Sensitive – Handle with Care”.
